Opening of the biggest escalator testing tower in the Middle East at the factories of Behran Elevator and Escalator Industrial Group.

To be able to test all of its products, Behran, for the first time in the Middle East, built a test tower with more than 50 meters height.
This test tower has two elevators.
One of these elevators is solely for testing the gearless motor drives. This elevator has a capacity of 13 persons and can be tested up to a speed of 3 m/s.

Due to the pioneering role of Behran senior managers in the field of sports (wrestling) and also to encourage young people working in the company to pay attention to sports, Behran, in addition to trying to develop in the field of elevator and escalator industry, established a 600 square meter sports club at the site of Behran factory in Parand Industrial Estate in 2015.

To host its special guests, Behran built a luxurious hotel at the site of the company’s factory in Parand Industrial Estate in 2013.

After completing advanced and sophisticated computer-based analysis, Behran succeeded in designing and manufacturing comb plate test device, known as “Escalator Comb Plate Impact Fixture Test Kit.”
The device is used to test the safety mechanism of the escalator comb plate.
